The facility is located
in HITEC City.

The centre covers an area
of 250,000 square feet (2.5 lakh sq ft).

It is T-Mobile US’s first
Global Technology Centre outside the United States.
¨
The facility is designed
as a technology and innovation hub.
¨ It will focus on software
engineering, DevOps, product development, data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud
technologies, and artificial intelligence (AI).
¨
Hyderabad is a major
information technology hub in Telangana.
¨ The city hosts numerous
global capability centres, software companies, and research facilities.
¨ HITEC City is a prominent
technology district that houses multinational corporations, start-ups, and
engineering services firms.
¨
The centre is expected to
onboard around 300 professionals by January 2027.
¨ Its workforce is planned to expand to nearly 1,000 employees by 2027.
¨ The investment is expected to strengthen Hyderabad’s position as a global technology and innovation hub.
