Seven Indian schools were shortlisted for the World’s Best School Prizes 2026

¨     Seven Indian schools were shortlisted for the World’s Best School Prizes 2026.

¨     Since the awards were launched in 2022, India became the first country to have the highest number of schools shortlisted in a single year.

¨     The World’s Best School Prizes were established by T4 Education.

¨     The awards recognise excellence across five categories: Innovation, Community Collaboration, Environmental Action, Supporting Healthy Lives, and Overcoming Adversity.

¨     The final winners will be selected by an expert Judging Academy, with the 2026 winners to be announced in November 2026.

¨     In the Innovation category, PCMC Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj English Medium School (Pune) and Army Goodwill School, Wuzur (Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir) were shortlisted.

¨     In the Community Collaboration category, Healthy Planet TGA Early Years School (Noida), Inventure Academy (Bengaluru), and Seth M.R. Jaipuria School (Lucknow) were shortlisted.

¨  EuroSchool Bannerghatta (Bengaluru) was shortlisted in the Environmental Action category.

¨     Seth Anandram Jaipuria School (Lucknow) was shortlisted in the Supporting Healthy Lives category.
