Pakistan Declares 10 May as “Marka-e-Haq Day”

¨     Pakistan declared 10 May as the annual “Marka-e-Haq Day”.

¨     The day is linked to the first anniversary of the 2025 India–Pakistan conflict.

¨     It is also associated with the anniversary of “Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos”.

¨     The observance will be held every year.

¨     No public holiday has been announced for the day.

¨     “Marka-e-Haq” is an Urdu phrase.

¨     The phrase means “Battle of Truth”.

¨     Pakistan uses the term for the India–Pakistan conflict that lasted from 22 April to 10 May 2025.

¨     The date of 10 May 2026 was fixed for the observance of the day.

¨     The announcement was made during a ceremony in Islamabad.
