and Singapore, while India is at sixth place.

This report evaluates
more than 100 countries using a structured framework that measures AI R&D,
infrastructure, economic integration, talent readiness, governance, responsible
AI practices, public opinion and academic strength.

The results show a clear
trend that countries building integrated AI ecosystems are leading the global
artificial intelligence race.

The United States is at
first place with a final score of 82 out of 100, leading in AI R&D (19.15
out of 27.78), economic integration (22.22 out of 22.22) and infrastructure
(16.21 out of 16.67).

China is at second place
with a final score of 59 out of 100, supported by the world’s largest AI
education base, including 107 top AI universities and strong R&D (17.22 out
of 27.78).

Singapore is at third
place with a score of 37 out of 100, despite having only two AI universities.
This is due to academic quality, average subject score 90.50 and global score
82.00, along with strong talent readiness (9.31 out of 16.67).

India is at sixth place
with a score of 32 out of 100, driven by strong talent (9.12 out of 16.67), but
weak due to infrastructure (0.65 out of 16.67) and governance (0.11 out of
5.56).
¨ It states that the pattern is clear -- countries that combine research, infrastructure, governance and education into an integrated system lead the AI leadership race.
