Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone secured a 10-year marine services contract for Argentina’s first Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) export project

¨     Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) secured a 10-year marine services contract on 8 June 2026 for Argentina’s first Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) export project.

¨     The contract carries an estimated investment commitment of USD 70 million.

¨     It marks APSEZ’s entry into the South American market.

¨     The contract was secured by Adani Harbour International FZCO, a subsidiary of APSEZ, through a consortium with Argentina’s Meridian Group.

¨     The award followed a global competitive tender process conducted by Southern Energy S.A. (SESA), the developer of the LNG project.

¨     The contract will be executed through Meridian Transportes Maritimos S.A..

¨     In the joint venture, Adani Harbour International FZCO holds a 51% stake.

¨     The consortium will provide marine services for the Southern Energy FLNG (Floating Liquefied Natural Gas) Project.
